Does NextDNS collect and store personal data?

NextDNS gives you full control over how much data you are comfortable to store on the service and for how long. There is no secret, if you want detailed analytics on your DNS traffic, some amount of data needs to be logged. Our analytics gracefully degrades depending on the level of logging configured down to no analytics at all if logging is disabled. The configured logging level is propagated to all edge servers so no unwanted log data is even transferred from our DNS servers to our control plane when not necessary.
