How to get help or report issues?
To better address some issues and avoid clutter, we route certain types of issues to different places. If your issue falls into any of the categories listed below, please follow the instructions.
False positives (or negatives)
Head over to https://github.com/nextdns/metadata. Make sure you read the repository README first, as most of the time the false positive comes from a third-party blocklist and the issue should be directly reported to them.
High latency and other network issues
Open https://ping.nextdns.io to see the actual state of your routing to NextDNS. If this doesn’t look ideal, please follow the diagnostic instructions at http://nextdns.io/diag so we can better debug and fix the issue.
NextDNS CLI
Head over to https://github.com/nextdns/nextdns.
Translations
Please suggest a better translation directly in Crowdin at https://crowdin.com/project/nextdns.

My Xfinity app erroneously reports that my modem is offline, despite it working fine. I am concerned that if I ever have an issue with my service that I will be unable to get assistance from Xfinity due to their not being able to "see" my modem remotely. I have already added several sites associated with Xfinity and Comcast on my whitelist, which allowed their app to function with the problem mentioned above. Any suggestions?
