Wondering if it is just me, but is anyone else having issues connecting to the service? Unable to connect to Private DNS. (It seems that I frequently get outages that NextDNS eventually fixes.)

How does the "timeout" value work in the CLI?
The default value is 5 seconds, but is this used to determine if upstream queries are failing so a value of 1 second would be better in that case to get faster answers from the local cache?!
