Fix/Replace deadlists on Threat Intelligence

Had listed a source to malwaredomainlist.com, but it seems it is not being maintained anymore - it is in fact empty?

https://mirror1.malwaredomains.com/files/justdomains is 404

    True! NextDns doesn't seem to maintain an up to date threat intelligence feeds at all. I even mentioned a few good sources for addition to their existing list but they never responded.
