Thomas HUGO  Yesterday was weekend today is 4th of July, so expecting instant responses from anyone is well it is what it is. Haven't had the issue personally and I get people are annoyed but I don't exactly get the instant haha aspect (the second but how long message)

For context, I also follow up on other services and ControlD has been having bad routing where one of their EU servers are down and they are routing people all the way to Vancouver (in my opinion a higher priority issue as it impacts everyone that was using the said EU server) this was mentioned a bit but people haven't gotten a response in 2 days. So it's not like everything is perfect everywhere else, it's a holiday.

Everyone has their own opinions but for something that doesn't seem to be impacting a lot of people and on a Weekend/Holiday,

From how it was fixed recently (don't know if it still is now since haven't had this personally) it seems that the people in the back end are aware of it so they don't seem to be ignoring the issue either.

I could still be wrong here but if they fixed it and or if they are trying to fix it on a holiday, I'd say why not give them some time.
