Pro plan activated with incorrect period. Doesn't work
Hello, I purchased a 1 year pro subscription yesterday. As you can see in the attached image, the period is incorrect. For some reason it displays 2023-2024 and even though I've been charged on my credit card, It still says I'm on the free tier. Please look into this.

In that topic, the poster claims NextDNS fixed this bug and yet here we are.
I already emailed support billing@nextdns.io and it's been over 20 hours with no reply.
How is such a major bug still not fixed?

It might be a technical issue. If you don’t see a limited number of requests when you log into your account, it means the plan is active and working.
