Paid for Pro, still Free Usage
Hi, i paid for Pro Yearly on the 28th of may and my account still shows as Free Usage account.
I emailed several times to billing@nextdns.io without any reply.

Be AWARE when paying for PRO.
I got charged and haven't received the account status!
Paid for PRO the 28th of MAY, since then I have been emailing, DMing, etc.. no reply..
All I can see from my Invoices is that they took the money I paid in May 28 2024 and used for a past date (2022 to 2023??). If i pay for a yearly subscription it is supposed to be for current and future use, not for the past.
I don't owe nothing from that past date since I did a 1 year subscription and canceled because I wasnt using back then.

Paid $19.90 on May for Pro Usage, still on Free Usage and without queries left. No replies at all from support or staff, contacted via email, direct message, etc..
BE AWARE if you plan to pay for pro.

To update ppl following, today support was kind enough to contact me via email. They said that the payment system had a bug they have been reviewing all this time and it is now fixed.
For this problem they gifted 5 years of pro.
I believe that they could have handled it better by contacting me weeks ago.
