Network Error in Logs Section

A recurring issue occurs when refreshing the logs: an error message briefly displays, and the logs do not update during or after the error. The logs remain unchanged even after the error message disappears.

I also reported the same issue two months ago, but it still isn’t fixed. I'm getting this message constantly while trying to refresh the logs.

    1.  In the screenshot you posted  the thing between /profiles and /logs is your unique ID from your profile. So:

    https://help.nextdns.io/t/g9yplpv/what-not-to-post-in-public-here-on-help-nextdns-io-or-anywhere-else

    2. There are tens, hundreds of thousands or maybe millions (i have no idea how many) of users that are using NextDNS. Do you see an avalanche of users complaining about this «issue»? I didn't saw it. I could only replicate it if I block the api. So:

    https://help.nextdns.io/t/60y1td2?r=83y1tny#83y1tny

What i will add is that the request go like this:

    https://api.nextdns.io/profiles/YourID/logs/stream?id=79vkce2j6mw3ee7h64vb&lang=en (i changed a few characters)

And maybe some browser setting or add-on or firewall is blocking the api all together or is just deleting the session id that is after the /logs or /stream (/stream is when you set real time logs refresh).

When problems arise and you don't see many people complaining it is maybe not on the website / service but on your end. So try in a private tab, a different browser, a different network, a different device. If it's working when you change a thing...  And maybe don't wait and don't do anything for months and expecting some wizard to magically fix your issue. Use common sense.

I forgot to add that when you report a problem it is better to be less ambiguous and give as many details as possible about the conditions in which the problem manifest like the app, browser, device, network...

Also many questions already have an answer so using the search function and a little reading can help finding the solution.

Everything worked great for me for over 4 months, then I woke up one morning and had this same problem. I reported this issue over 3 months ago, followed up on reporting it multiple times, and I did everything as far as troubleshooting that I could do. Deleted all profiles and started from scratch, backchecked all settings, tried things from different browsers, from mobile, from work computer, from different Wi-Fi, and yes, I reached out for help as well and submitted everything they would need. I received absolutely zero feedback or help, and I STILL have the same issue.

Then this morning it was logging, with that same error every once in awhile, then it went to only logging portions of activity, and now it's almost 2 hours without any logged updates at all. Currently in the process of switching from NextDNS to something else because I'm so fed up with the lack of response from their team and no solutions.

    Good luck!
