Not working behind a NAT Router

Hi,

I have an AVM (Fritz) LTE Router. I am connected to this router via WLAN. My router shows a different IP address as my Browser of my mobile phone. 

The NextDNS setup pages does me no to allow to setup a DynDNS URL which differs from the current Browser connection.

How can I add the different IP or better both IPs?

    Works perfectly for me alreeady for years.
    Android or Apple mobile? Settings for those are in your my.nextdns.io user account
    Just login to your Fritz.box settings Internet, Account information, (4th tab) DNS server, scroll all the way down tick all the 3 tick boxes under DNS over TLS and add in the box Resolved Names of the DNS Server: FritzBox-USERID.dns.nextdns.io
