DDNS link not working

My DDNS service is working fine and I have my DDNS address in the set up page for linking IP address. However, the automatic linking does not happen and I have to manually click the link IP button to get the green check mark. If I remove the DDNS address and then it enter it again, it accepts it but then when my IP address changes, it does not automatically link the new address.
