reset password my.nextdns.io not working

I am not receiving an email with the password reset link for my.nextdns.io.

It is not in my spam folder

    Are you using the same email you used to register or start using the service?

      Ruby Balloon I use the same email address but it seems that my account was deleted because I could register again with the same email address. So I have access again but all settings and payment info is lost. I paid for a year on 27th of December 2020.
