<domain> is not blocked anymore

I am trying to access menards.com. Through some trial and error, I've found that this site also loads the following domains:

stash.qubitproducts.com

menardc.com

dd6zx4ibq538k.cloudfront.net

I've added menards.com and the additional three domains to the allowlist. After over a week with these changes, I still get the message <domain> is not blocked anymore when menards.com tries to load in images and .js files.

As for the account settings.

Under the security tab, I have every box enabled except for:
Block Newly Registered Domains (NRDs)

Block Dynamic DNS Hostnames

Under Settings --> Performance

Anonymized EDNS Client Subnet, Cache Boost, and CNAME Flattening are all enabled.

The nextdns configuration is all setup on my router. So, if I take my laptop or phone off of the network the site will load as expected.

Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this issue?

    Disable «Block Page» in my.nextdns.io - Settings

I disabled the Block Page option in settings. The page seems to be loading more objects but still is very broken. I reattempted the site in Chrome's incognito mode and on another device (that is using the same network-based DNS)

Is working fine on Brave and Firefox with protection set on strict. All is needed is:

    sp-video.menardc.com

    service.menards.com

    sp.menardc.com

    www.menards.com

It also ask for cdn.plyr.io and I blocked and it's still working.

If you set custom DNS în browser and use a separate configuration or just a separate device id you can see in logs exactly what the browser is asking, without interference from other apps or services from device (even if it's just temporary for finding the problem).
