Routing problem on Lisbon

Something is wrong with anexia-lis as on my provider (MEO), it has big pings. And it is being used as ULL.

 

Also, the secondary anycast server being used is located in Paris, big pings from here. It should be, for example, zepto-mad which is much closer.

    I have the same problem.  

    My secondary DNS is way faster then primary
