Getting "Network Error" When Loading Dashboard

My router (Asus) is currently configured for NextDNS via the Stubby config. I've setup DNS over TLS via the router UI. The DNS works but I can not load the NextDNS dashboard. I'm getting "Network Error GET /accounts/@me". If I use Firefox which uses DoH via Cloudflare, then I'm able to view the dashboard. When I turn off DoH in Firefox, then I get the same error in Firefox.

Looking at Developer Tools show api.nextdns.io does not resolve. This issue started happening doing Christmas week. I've deleted an old configuration that had the issue. Then created this new configuration this morning. All was working fine till now.

Tried multiple variations of the config listed under Setup for Stubby, pfSense, and Knot Resolver without success. Was about to try Control D and reading their setup guide and they specifically wrote to disable DNSSEC. As a last resort I disabled DNSSEC and everything is working now.

But before Christmas I had DNSSEC enabled always on the router and my config always worked. One thing I noticed was before Christmas the NextDNS analytics always showed DNSSEC % being less than 5%. Now its more than 35%. And Cloudflare never had any issue with DNSSEC enabled either.
