Unable to recover password

Unable to recover password using the “Forgot my password” link on https://my.nextdns.io

Seems recovery email is never generated - it’s not being dropped or filtered to spam. 

Occuring for about a week now - really need to get into the admin console please. Email is the same as email for this account.
