Domains still blocked after disabling the new "block free hosting domains" option

I recently enabled the new "block free hosting domains" option in my next profile,
and it started blocking legitimate domains I actually rely on, including
GitHub Pages (*.github.io) and Azure (*.azurewebsites.net).

I then disabled the option in the dashboard, but the blocking behavior did
not change — those domains are still being blocked (as far as I can tell,
for several hours now) even though the option is off.
