Search Results and Google Images Are Not Properly Filtered Despite SafeSearch and Category Blocking

Hello NextDNS team,

I would like to report an issue that I believe needs urgent attention.

I have both the P***ography and G***bling categories blocked in my Parental Control settings. I also have SafeSearch enforcement enabled.

However, when searching for terms such as "p**n" on Google, the websites are still listed in the search results. Clicking them is blocked by NextDNS, which is good, but I would prefer those websites to not appear in the search results at all.

An even bigger concern is Google Images. Despite SafeSearch being enforced, searching for "p**n" still displays explicit adult images. These images remain visible even though the related websites are blocked.

From my perspective, this significantly reduces the effectiveness of the parental protection features. Blocking access is only part of the solution—the explicit search results and image previews should also be filtered or hidden whenever possible.

Could you please investigate this issue and improve the filtering? I believe this should be treated as a high-priority problem, especially for families and users who rely on NextDNS to provide a safer browsing experience.
