[Windows] Report Device Name option not saved

Hi team,

The Report device name option is not saved after installation, even though it is unchecked. Production steps:

  1. Download the installation file from the Setup tab.
  2. Perform the installation until it is complete.
  3. At the software interface, enter the ID, uncheck the Report device name box, save.
  4. Open the Logs tab and the device name is still displayed.

In addition, the error of automatically stopping the NextDNS service on Windows still occurs frequently. I have posted here https://help.nextdns.io/t/g9y6zf0/error-engine-dns-engine-stopped-automatically
