How to use recovery code

I changed my email address and since then I'm unable to access my account. I have tried several times the password reset option but I do not receive any email.

I have the recovery codes but I can't find, on the NextDNS page, the option to use these recovery codes. How do I regain access to my account?

    Recovery codes might be exclusively for 2FA?
