Windows sometimes think it is offline

Sometimes when waking up from sleep my network icon thinks it is offline, and I have to disable, and then enabled nextdns again.

There seems to be an open issue in the their GitHub page with a potential fix(I think?) here. Don't know if it work for sure though.
