IP Address Seems to be Getting Blocked

I have noticed some very strange behavior for a little while now when I go to use GRC DNS Benchmark on Windows for some unknown reason the NextDNS servers in Adelaide (45.90.28.0) all seem to block my IP address for a period of time. When the Block occurs I can still access can still access the servers in Perth though on (45.90.30.0).

Has anyone experienced this type of strange behavior at all?
