DNS goes not responding

Ping to nextdns ips are 35ms (which are fine) but when i use nextdns as my dns server on router it stops resolving after few hours or minutes then i have to use my isp default dns servers which are (google dns).  I am able to ping ips as they don't use dns resolver, but pinging domains goes time out, and network diagnostic says dns server not responding.
