Nextdns app on Openwrt ignoring profile change
I've described my issue in more detail on the community forum with the subject of "Can't change profile in Openwrt"
Short version:
I've been using the nextdns app on my Openwrt router for quite some time and it's been using my profile "sonic" with no issue. Recently I tried to switch it to a different profile "SonicRoku" so I modified the profile ID in /etc/config/nextdns and restarted the router. If I run "nextdns config" from the command line the configuration appears correct (has a "profile d43c1b" line) but if I visit the nextdns.io web page I see that I am still using the old profile.
Additional details:
I've since removed the old profile entirely thinking that maybe there was some caching or linked IP setting that was overriding what my app was attempting to do and now I get "This device is using NextDNS with no profile".
This actually started a bit further back when all I really wanted to do was to set up a conditional profile. It wasn't working so I decided to try changing the default profile as a test and then discovered that that change wasn't "working" either.
I've uninstalled, cleaned every reminant of nextdns, rebooted, and re-installed multiple times. I've used both the "curl" command from the wiki as well as just using opkg . No changes

Okay I've found the issue. It turns out that I had a "add-cpe-id=" entry in my /etc/dnsmasq.conf file. I don't know if I did that back when I first started using/experimenting with nextdns or if perhaps an old version of the installer did it but that was overriding the settings in /etc/config/nextdns
