zepto-sel-1 very slow

Hi,

When I switched from LTE to Wifi, vultr-sel-1 server was able to load the website quickly with no delay, but the zepto-sel-1 server would load the website after a delay of 20~30 seconds after connecting to Wifi.

I have confirmed that this issue only occurs when NextDNS is enabled for both LTE and Wifi. I did not experience the issue with any other DNS (ISP, Cloudflare) other than NextDNS.

Could you please check if there is a problem with the zepto-sel-1 server?
