Feature: Allow IP 0.0.0.0 to be blocked

Currently, manually adding in DenyList returns "Enter a valid domain"

    Hello!  i went to add this to my denylist as well with same result.  Since subdomains of denylist are also blocked i simply entered 0.0 and it allowed without error.  So using this for now unless it breaks something and i’ll reassess lol.

    What is the point of blocking 0.0.0.0?  Blocking everything except what is in your allow list?
