Issue with Call Recording Apps When Using NextDNS

Hello,

I’m currently testing your DNS service for a month before deciding on a subscription.

In Korea, there are carrier-provided call recording apps such as ixio and A. (A-dot) that enable call recording features.

However, when I use only NextDNS, these carrier call apps experience delays, and I receive a message saying that the network connection is unstable.

Could you please advise what I should check or configure to resolve this issue?

I have already reviewed the logs and tried a few adjustments, but the problem still persists.
