High latency anycast server routing (ISP Viettel) on April 23, 2024

Hi,

Route to anycast 2 server (including ipv4 and ipv6) with high latency from ISP Viettel in Vietnam. Some devices using encrypted DNS with anycast IP such as Windows 11, mikrotik router, etc. connect very slowly, due to high latency of the anycast DNS server.

Additionally, an ultralow greencloud-sgn (IPv6) server cannot ping.

    Update: IPv4 anycast 2 routes to Tokyo and IPv6 anycast 2 still routes to Europe. The greencloud-sgn (IPv6) server still has ping errors.
