lost ALL of my computers data

after installing the app, one step was to ''restart your pc''. i had done so and in the process, had lost every single peice of saved info, pictures, passwords, really just everything except apps. ive been able to access all my accounts but still have lost lots of data because of this. is the data recoverable or not?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    You blame the wrong service: NextDNS doesn't have an application. That's a web-based service. It's controlled through the log in on the website.

    What app exactly have you installed before you lost your files? Please refer to the support portal of that application.

      But I still doubt the NextDNS app was the reason. Otherwise we'd have heard about similar problems long ago: the latest version of the app (NextDNSSetup-3.0.13.exe) was released more than a year ago.
