NextDNS Subscription: Indian Credit Card payments are not getting charged

I really enjoy using NextDNS and I'm all set to upgrade to the premium plan to show my support. However, when I try to enter my Indian credit card details, NextDNS doesn't ask for the OTP like it should according to RBI guidelines. Instead, it just saves my card info and tries to process the payment in the background. Because of this, the payment doesn't go through, but I keep getting reminders from NextDNS.

Interestingly, even if the payment doesn't go through, once I update my card details, I still get upgraded to the premium plan.
