Basecamp being blocked by NextDNS

We use Basecamp and find that we can't logon to it as NextDNS is blocking the DNS request.

(DNS can be resolved if set to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8, etc., and you can then logon to Basecamp.)

How do we get this resolved with the NextDNS service?
