Very High Latency with PH

Been noticing YouTube hiccups for yesterday and, Discord being unable to load easily or at all for today. I've checked out with people within my area and theirs seem fine. Same goes for anyone in the same network as mine, but not using NextDNS.

I've tried using another DNS to open Discord via GChrome once and it loaded fine whilst Firefox with NextDNS was still loading.

It seems fine now, but hoping to still report in case this problem is one that pops out every now and then; or I'm looking at the wrong cause.
