DoH server SSL handshake failure in Mikrotik router

Hello,

I followed the official setup guide for Mikrotik DoH.

After importing the certificate and adding DoH url, the router starts showing SSL handshake failure.

Any suggestions on this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Please double check the date/time is correctly set on your router.

Hello. I have experience similar issue but seems it is not  related to date and time.

SSL: handshake failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (6)

Certificates were imported as it said in manual

    Hi.

I got this issue today morning and is still there.

I have the RBD52G-5HacD2HnD (hAP ac²) running router OS 6.48.2.

I have tried other DOH servers and are working like a charm. Seems to be localized to NextDNS only.

go to nextdns website and try to use "Link IP" function, if it's not working the problem is from google restriction

      Thank you for the advice.

Seems the issue was with the certificate.

      It is now resolved.

My implementation was through the router - the root certificate is also installed for NextDNS.
