http://my.nextdns.io/ Error Response

Everytime I connect to http://my.nextdns.io I get this error screen. A real fresh of the page solves the problem though.

Any idea what's causing this?

Looks to me like an extension you have installed is trying to inject some JavaScript into the web page and failing. If this isn't something you're expecting to happen I think it would be safe to assume that your device has been compromised and has some sort of malware that is trying to hijack your web traffic, try doing a malware scan on your device and see if anything is found.

OK I finally found the source. It is due to Hyperweb extension. However I can't find the reason especially the settings are the same on my iPad where I have no issue.

Oh well! Will deal with it.
