Ability to group and add a description/notes to Allow List

It would be very helpful to add notes or a description when I make an Allow List entry that way I can note why I added the Allow List for when I come back to it. It would be even more useful if I could group Allow Lists together so I can say make a "Allow Hulu" group and have all the related allow list entries to it
