I can't login to my NextDNS account Forgot Password Not Working.

Hello Admin Please Help, I couldn't login to my account because there is no email sent to my email after Forget Password request. I double check my email and its correct. even in spam folder there is no email from NextDNS.

but in help.nextdns i can received forgot password email.

please help.

    They sent me this message:

    "Hi,

    We received a request to change your password for NextDNS Help Center.

    However it looks like you don't yet have an account, so you'll need to create one first."
     

    Why was my account deleted? Please I really need help
