域名*.bilibili.com和*.bilibili.cn在中国出现DNS解析错误，无法加载网站。怀疑DNS中毒或规则配置错误。

    From what I saw there is no bilibili.cn, there is bilibili.com and bilibili.tv.

    When you have problems check your logs on my.nextdns.io, see what is blocked when you open something and it doesn't work. In this case this where blocked:

    s1.hdslb.com

    i0.hdslb.com

    i1.hdslb.com

    i2.hdslb.com

    Blocked by Online Gaming.

    You either disable «Online gaming» in the «Parental control» section or you add «hdslb.com» to the «Allowlist», wait 5 minutes and open the website, it should work now.

       The cause has been identified: over the past two days, at least for China Telecom users in China, DOT (DNS over TLS)has been hijacked.
      Data traffic is being redirected to“IDC, China Telecommunications Corporation ” as the DNS server. Most domestic apps have built their own HTTPDNS as a provider, which has masked the fact that the hijacking has already occurred.

      排查出来原因了，近两天在中国至少在中国电信用DOT已经被解析劫持了，数据流量会重定向到
      “IDC, China Telecommunications Corporation”作为 DNS 服务器，国内每个应用大都自建HTTPDNS作为提供商掩盖了劫持已经发生

       还有45.90.28.*也被封锁了，只有45.90.30.*还能用一点
