TV turn on and Internet goes down

Hi, I use NextDNS on Ubiquiti Dream Machine. Since 5 days ago I noticed when I turned on the TV internet disappear for all the devices, Dream Machine shows no internet connection with my ISP, 

I opened a ticket with Unifi support, they suggested to try uninstalling the additional package so I did and the issue disappeared, I'm pretty sure the issue is related to NextDNS installation and happens only when my TV is connected (via LAN or Wi-Fi, doesn't matter).

I first opened a GitHub issue here but correctly they redirected me here. I was able to generate the file attached to this post.

Unfortunately, now with the TV on I'm not able to run the diagnostic into the terminal because of the poor connection I get.

Please help.

    Sounds like a power supply issue (to the TV) rather than a software problem. Try another power socket for the tv or change of plug.

       I changed the socket and nothing happens. The issue disappear when NextDNS is turnes off on the Dream Machine, is clearly related to it
