Trouble paying for my subscription

For some unknown reason NextDNS is not able to charge my card towards the cost of annual subscription. I need to know why?

 

Further, if I chose PayPal, it says - "merchant not supported"

 

Please help!

    If you are based in India then this is a known issue (due to government payment restrictions). Please search the forums for other reports.
