Splash page on public wifi's

Hello,


When users connect to a public network i.e. Starbucks, the splash page does not appear and the user is unable to connect to the SSID and the internet.

What is the cause of this?

      Aubrey Holmes I'm assuming you are talking of our Windows app, please tell me which platform otherwise:

      1. Right-click the NextDNS icon in the system tray (it may be hidden in the systray overload
      2. In the menu, select "Settings"
      3. In the window that appears, you should see the agent version, please report it

      NextDNS All clients are using Windows devices. All users are on the latest version - 1.38.0
