Doesn't work for me.

Hello.

I am using Windows 10. 
No matter the DNS is set to the nexdns IPs I still recieve this:
 

This device is currently using ”Sky UK Limited” as DNS resolver.

No logs from my computer. 

Obviosly CMD is using it:

C:\WINDOWS\System32>nslookup google.com
Server: dns1.nextdns.io
Address:  45.90.28.203

Non-authoritative answer:

          142.250.178.14

But nothing else. 

I receive all ads that I shouldn't. 
And as I said - no logs from the computer. Only from my phone where I have the app installed. 

Please help

    Even under CMD I still recieve resolve and correct ping, from nextdns even if this record is in the blocked list for a long time.
