Firefox/Windows10 intermittently not resolving URLs (lost connection, no internet)

I am not sure if it is a problem with Firefox, Sophos antivirus, and NextDNS or what.
But when I have NextDNS enabled, the issue exists.
It started about a month ago.
It specifically affects gmail, google voice, google docs, youtube, nextdns.io and more.
While having the issue, everything works fine in a private tab within firefox with all the extensions enabled. Chrome/Edge also work fine - maybe because I do not have NextDNS setup on them?

How do you have NextDNS configured? (Windows App, Native DOH setup in Firefox, etc)

If you're using Native DOH within the Firefox Browser then you have to make sure you have the TTR mode set to 3

Why is mode 3 required on Firefox? - Getting Started - NextDNS Help Center

Greg B.  - Thank you for your response! I am using NextDNS within the Firefox DNS settings. Per your instructions, I did change TTR from 2 to 3. I will report back whether this solves the issue or not.

Greg B. - Its still not working correctly. I get timeouts(not connected notifications) in gmail, and I often cannot resolve the https://www.youtube.com URL (and more issues):

      Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.youtube.com. SSL peer reports incorrect Message Authentication Code.

      Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_ALERT

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

The SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_ALERT means your browser is receiving corrupted or altered data during a secure connection, often due to interference by antivirus software, a proxy, or network instability. First, try disabling any third-party antivirus or web filtering temporarily to see if that helps. Also, reset your network settings and flush the DNS cache using ipconfig /flushdns in Command Prompt. Make sure Firefox and Windows are fully updated. If the problem continues, try using a different network to rule out router or ISP-related issues.

The PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR is a specific issue in Firefox when the browser cannot establish a secure connection with a website. This problem occurs on the client side and is associated with cipher suites and instructions for securing and verifying network connections using cryptographic protocols such as SSL and TLS. Hope it helps!
