Unable to login and no password reset email

I created a new account and saved the password in my password manager as I always do. When I attempted to login it said the password was incorrect so I clicked on the reset password link and entered my email address but after several tries and waiting hours I have not received any password reset email.

    You should be sure that you created the account on my.nextdns.io and not just here on help.nextdns.io as they are separate things.

    Be sure you checked the "Spam/Junk" folder.

    Be sure you don't insert spaces on email / password fields.

    Try to create a new account with the same email address and if it allows you then you didn't create one the first time.

    Be sure to confirm the email address after the creation of the account.

    If you insert a wrong email address when you ask for the password reset you will not see any error and you will not receive any email.
