UK ipv6 high latency for last week

Over the past week I have seen significantly high latency from UK via ipv6 (200-300ms) and via ping.nextdns.io I have seen servers listed in syd and dxb which I assume are Sydney, Australia and Dubai???

I have submitted 2 or 3 latency reports via the command line tool, but as this isn't getting any better decided to also submit this post along with another latency report:

       things generally seem better now but the diag tool will not run on either my linux or windows machines, they both hang after the "do you want to continue?" dialogue, any ideas why that might be?
