I can't login to my NextDNS account Forgot Password Not Working.

Hello Admin Please Help, I couldn't login to my account because there is no email sent to my email after Forget Password request. I double check my email and its correct. even in spam folder there is no email from NextDNS.

but in help.nextdns i can received forgot password email.

please help.
