Is the current dashboard/API outage related to a cyberattack?

Hello NextDNS Team,

Several users are currently reporting similar issues across the NextDNS dashboard, including:

• Network errors on the Analytics → Domains page
• Inaccessible logs
• Errors when opening configuration pages
• Failed GET requests to /profiles/.../analytics/domains
• Failed PATCH requests to ipv4.api.nextdns.io

Since these reports appeared around the same time and affect multiple dashboard and API functions, could you please confirm whether this is a routine technical outage, an infrastructure failure, a DDoS attack, a security incident, or another type of cyberattack?

Is the DNS resolution infrastructure still operating normally?

Also, is there any indication that user accounts, configurations, logs, payment information, or other customer data may have been affected?

A brief official status update would be appreciated.
