nvidia.com returns 0.0.0.0

Hi.
Not first time I got this kinda of problem. I would like to understand why this happens.
Something tells me that this happens because of upstream DNS access, meaning the upstream server is returning this for some reason, to the server that my local NextDNS server is querying.
I had a really bad time with google.com couple of years ago, today I got this out of the blue.
Can the NextDNS team elaborate this problem?
Also, I feel that should be a better failsafe here!

forwarder google.com.=8.8.8.8
forwarder nvidia.com.=8.8.8.8
I guess one day will be better to just not use NextDNS anymore if I need to keep splitting domains out of it! Come on guys... -

Look this up. How can the upstream DNS return this for nvidia.com? It looks like some really bad thing going on, and it seems nobody care to even reply and put some effort in orient us on what is going on.

Please check your logs on my.nextdns.io. Something is likely blocking this domain in your profile.

Yes, you are right... not sure why would any rules block www.nvidia.com though:

Anyway thanks, I'll pay more attention next time
