45.90.28.25 not responding from my IP

We have been using nextdns for 2 years.

Yesterday our DNS requests to IP 45.90.28.25 stopped working from our internal network, even ICMP is no longer responding, however requests to the secondary IP (45.90.30.25) work without problems

We also tested the connection from other networks, even with the same provider and achieved communication without problems.

We share a traceroute in case it helps.

    Hello I already ran the test. In the last step the tool asked me If I want to send the report via email, I hit Yes and the tool close.. 
    Is this OK or I need to do something else?
