NextDNS is not working anymore in Orange PL ISP

It looks like orange in Poland has somehow blocked nextdns. When set up as private DNS, phone can't connect. It works fine on other ISPs.

    You can use the NextDNS app or another DNS app which supports DoH.

    Private DNS uses DoT which can be blocked by some ISP.
