Using NextDNS causes major lag, Google DNS does not

I've been on NextDNS for over a year without any issues, and this just started happening yesterday. When I am on NextDNS I get crazy lag. I can turn off NextDNS and use Google DNS and all lag disappears. Sometimes it hangs for a little bit and then takes off and is just fine. Other times it's every single page load. These are just some page load times from a single request off each DNS.
