DNS have high ping issue also routed via wrong PoP

I am using Reliance Jio fiber (https://bgp.he.net/AS55836).  Connect DOH network with higher latency PoP. I attached the Nextdns Diag link also screenshots. Please look into this matter.

    This has been an ongoing issue.  The developers are on to it.

    For the meantime, turn off all the options under "Performance".  It would give you better latency
